Disabled access

We welcome people with disabilities and our facilities include a ramp, disabled toilets, a ground floor surgery and plenty of parking spaces.

Emergency care

If you are suffering from toothache, have lost a filling or have been involved in an accident, please call the practice and we will offer you the earliest appointment available. We aim to see any registered patient who is in pain within 48 hours. If you need urgent treatment outside of our opening hours please access advice and/or treatment by dialling 111. This service is not provided by us but commissioned by NHS England.

Explaining your care

Communication with our patients is extremely important to us and we take time to explain the proposed treatment plan, any risks associated with it and available alternatives.

Missed and cancelled appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give the appointment to someone else. Missed appointments waste NHS time. If you miss more than two appointments without notice, we may not be able to complete your treatment or offer you NHS care in the future. Private patients may be charged for missed appointments or for missing a second appointment in a two-year period.

Data protection

Our practice conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Your dental records will remain confidential and secure. However, where records detail NHS care, from time to time we may need to release these to NHS England or the NHS Business Services Authority as part of our ongoing clinical review process. We will try to contact you before releasing your dental records to another organisation.
